In 2024, according to the report presented on the sidelines of the 27th edition of the World Economic Forum on Africa, 450 million jobs will be needed to meet the demand of the African labor market over the next twenty years. However, at the current rate, Africa could only create100 million jobs over this period.

These certainly alarming figures are not inevitable; emerging economies have demonstrated their relative dynamism. These societies are experiencing profound societal changes. A new mass middle class is developing there, fond of consumption. With a growth rate of around 5% compared to 3.5% according to the IMF global average, Africa is on track to respond to the major challenges of the 21st century.

It will be necessary to increase the number of training actors in addition to business creation, in good entrepreneurial practices for the sustainability of the service offer, better structuring, good management and adaptation of the offer to the realities and market expectations, by the companies created. To do so, BVR ASSO was launched on 11/25/2024 at La Maison De l’Afrique in Paris, France.
