Training session – Abidjan , Côte d’Ivoire – 2025
Welcome to this very first Cohort 1, the recruitment sessions will be done remotely or in person in Ivory Coast. The training will take place in person in Abidjan for a period of two weeks from March 3 to 15, 2025 in Abidjan. Interviews for March training will take place at the same time. A registration form will be available to register from January 30 to February 21, 2025 and interviews for the March training session will take place during the same period.
Interviews will only take place for the 20 participants selected in person or remotely for the in-person training session from March 3 to 15, 2025 in Abidjan.
The training courses (cohorts) are completely free but places are limited to 20 participants per cohort. No payment is required to register or participate in the training. Pre-recruitment is done via the online questionnaire and only selected candidates will be invited to a physical or remote interview. The final decision regarding your acceptance to training is made solely by BVR ASSO.
Face-to-face training takes place during the day from Monday to Friday for 2 hours per day, for a duration of two weeks or 20 hours of lessons.
The information (training location, training schedule, modalities, etc.) will only be communicated to the 20 participants selected for the face-to-face training session from March 3 to 15, 2025. Emails will be sent to candidates:
- A first pre-selection email with an invitation to an interview
- An email of final acceptance of the training as well as the terms (training location, training schedule, etc.)
Skills-transmission
A training about good entrepreneurial practices, with an approach adapted to local realities and contexts in Africa. About 2 to 3 cohorts per year with 20 participants per cohort :
- To make aware of the importance of moving beyond the informal sector
- To make aware about the creation of a circular & culturally adapted economy
- Training about of soft skills and the importance of competitiveness and differentiation
- To make aware about the importance of dreams and a good mindset (failure and its benefits)
- To make aware about the importance of excellence in the professional environment (the culture of excellence: being on time, giving feedback, etc.)
The masterclass
The masterclasses offered by BVR ASSO through the Skills-Transmission block aim to the transmission of knowledge to do business well through 4 major themes + a bonus:
- Why to start a business?
- The importance of having a clear vision for your business (difference between dream & vision)
- The character of a good leader
- What is a good business plan?
- What do you see? (bonus lesson about the importance of self-appearance)
The program
- The aim is to promote good entrepreneurship practices
- A 2-week program

- From Monday to Friday, it’s 20 hours courses
- 2 hours per days
The Prerequisites
- Companies between 0 and 5 years of running
- Knowledge in French language level C1-C2 (bilingual or mother tongue)
- Available for two weeks training, 2 hours per day, from Monday to Friday
