BVR ASSO

Bouger.Vivre.Réaliser Association (BVR ASSO) is an NGO which aim is training with its “Skills-Transmission” program for entrepreneurs on good entrepreneurial practices with an approach adapted to local realities and contexts. Our slogan “It’s not about charity but sharing”, in fact at BVR ASSO we believe in another narrative because it is no longer about charity but about skills development (share) on the profession of entrepreneur and on the posture of a business leader, because entrepreneurship is a profession and like any profession, training is necessary.

The goal is to train 2 to 3 cohorts per year of 20 participants on the African continent, with a vision of 300 project leaders/entrepreneurs trained within 4 to 5 years:

  • So between 40 to 60 participants trained per year in entrepreneurship
  • To make aware of the importance of moving beyond the informal sector
  • To make aware about the creation of a circular & culturally adapted economy
  • Training about of soft skills and the importance of competitiveness and differentiation
  • To make aware about the importance of dreams and a good mindset (failure and its benefits)
  • To make aware about the importance of excellence in the professional environment (the culture of excellence: being on time, giving feedback, etc.)
