The objective is to train 2 to 3 cohorts of 20 participants per year on the African continent. For a total of 300 project leaders and entrepreneurs within 5 years:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Between 40 and 60 participants trained in entrepreneurship per year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising awareness of the importance of leaving the informal sector<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising awareness of creating a circular and culturally appropriate economy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transmitting interpersonal skills and raising awareness of the importance of competitiveness and differentiation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising awareness of the culture of dreams and the importance of a positive mindset (failure and its benefits)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Raising awareness of the importance of excellence in the professional environment (culture of excellence: punctuality, feedback, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d497ecf45b786a44e29cb0169d5af9b9\" style=\"color:#73bf50\"><strong>THE MASTERCLASS<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The&nbsp;masterclasses&nbsp;offered&nbsp;by BVR ASSO&nbsp;through&nbsp;the&nbsp;Skills-Transmission block&nbsp;aim&nbsp;to<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>the transmission of&nbsp;knowledge&nbsp;to do business&nbsp;well&nbsp;through&nbsp;4 major&nbsp;themes&nbsp;+ a bonus:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Why&nbsp;to start a business?&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The importance of&nbsp;having&nbsp;a&nbsp;clear&nbsp;vision for&nbsp;your&nbsp;business (difference&nbsp;between&nbsp;dream&nbsp;&amp; vision)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The&nbsp;character&nbsp;of a good leader<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What&nbsp;is&nbsp;a good business plan?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What&nbsp;do&nbsp;you&nbsp;see?
