Our participants learned that a business plan is, above all, a\u00a0strategic management tool\u00a0for running a business. It is not merely a document used to secure funding; it is a genuine roadmap that enables entrepreneurs to plan their growth, anticipate challenges, and make informed decisions at every stage of their venture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our trainer, Dagra\u00e7a MOBENGO<\/strong>, also emphasized the role of marketing<\/strong> in supporting organizational change, highlighting that transparent and well-structured communication can transform a production constraint into a real competitive advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
