Our story

The Bouger.Vivre.Réaliser (BVR ASSO) association aims to train African project leaders and entrepreneurs in good entrepreneurial practices, with an approach adapted to local realities and contexts. Our slogan: “It is not about charity but sharing”.

Indeed, at BVR ASSO, we believe in a different approach: it’s no longer about charity, but about developing (sharing) skills, the entrepreneurial profession, and the role of the business leader. Because entrepreneurship is a profession that, like any other profession, requires training.

Through our “skills transfer” program, the goal is to train two to three cohorts of 20 participants per year on the African continent, for a total of 300 project leaders and entrepreneurs within five years:

  • Between 40 and 60 participants trained in entrepreneurship per year
  • Raising awareness of the importance of leaving the informal sector
  • Raising awareness of creating a circular and culturally appropriate economy
  • Transmitting interpersonal skills and raising awareness of the importance of competitiveness and differentiation
  • Raising awareness of the culture of dreams and the importance of a positive mindset (failure and its benefits)
  • Raising awareness of the importance of excellence in the professional environment (culture of excellence: punctuality, feedback, etc.)

Dagraça MOBENGO is the founder of BVR (Bouger, Vivre, Réaliser), founded in 2021. BVR provides consulting services to the public and private sectors as well as to project leaders, in various fields (change management, project management, market penetration, communication, etc.) with an approach and cultural dimension adapted to African markets and local realities.

In 2024, she founded the BVR (Bouger, Vivre, Réaliser) Association (BVR ASSO), whose mission is to train project leaders and entrepreneurs in best entrepreneurial practices on the African continent. Drawing on her experience working alongside them, she started from a simple observation: entrepreneurship is a real profession. Beyond technical skills, it is essential to transmit the right attitudes and rigorous management to create sustainable businesses, led by leaders who embody the values of African excellence.
