The training

Through our “skills-transmission” training program adapted to local realities and contexts. The objective is to train 2 to 3 cohorts of 20 participants per year on the African continent. For a total of 300 project leaders and entrepreneurs within 5 years:

  • Between 40 and 60 participants trained in entrepreneurship per year
  • Raising awareness of the importance of leaving the informal sector
  • Raising awareness of creating a circular and culturally appropriate economy
  • Transmitting interpersonal skills and raising awareness of the importance of competitiveness and differentiation
  • Raising awareness of the culture of dreams and the importance of a positive mindset (failure and its benefits)
  • Raising awareness of the importance of excellence in the professional environment (culture of excellence: punctuality, feedback, etc.)

The masterclasses offered by BVR ASSO through the Skills-Transmission block aim to the transmission of knowledge to do business well through 4 major themes + a bonus:

  • Why to start a business? 
  • The importance of having a clear vision for your business (difference between dream & vision)
  • The character of a good leader
  • What is a good business plan?  
  • What do you see? (bonus lesson about the importance of self-appearance)
  • The aim is to promote good entrepreneurship practices
  • A 2-week program
  • Masterclasses delivered in person
  • 20 participants maximum per cohort
  • From Monday to Friday, it’s 20 hours courses
  • 2 hours per days   
  • Companies between 0 and 5 years of running
  • Knowledge in French language level C1-C2 (bilingual or mother tongue)
  • Available for two weeks training, 2 hours per day, from Monday to Friday
