[IMMERSION] Discovery and Encounters | Cohort 2 – Brazzaville, August 17–18, 2026 ✨✨✨

On August 17 and 18, 2026, the project leaders and entrepreneurs from the Brazzaville cohort experienced a new stage filled with learning, exchanges and discoveries through the “Discovery and Encounters” immersion.

During these two days, participants had the opportunity to meet several businesses through privileged discussions lasting approximately one hour. These meetings were designed as genuine opportunities for knowledge sharing: understanding the realities on the ground, identifying the challenges faced by business leaders, discovering the strategies put in place to overcome them and, why not, creating new professional opportunities.

The businesses they met openly shared their experiences: the difficulty of finding reliable and suitable human resources, the importance of building and maintaining a clear vision, the need to continue believing in one’s project despite obstacles, but above all, the essential ability to bounce back, adapt and persevere.

A strong conviction therefore emerged from these encounters: entrepreneurship also means learning to be resilient.

The immersion also enabled participants to discover another dimension of Congo through a cultural and historical experience. The visit to CFRAD, as well as to the Archives of Congo, provided an opportunity to better understand the country’s history, memory and heritage.

Because entrepreneurship is not built solely in training rooms, BVR ASSO creates bridges between learning, field experience, culture and opportunities. This approach fully reflects its commitment to strengthening the skills of African entrepreneurs and fostering stronger and more collaborative ecosystems.

A big thank you to all the businesses: Comateg Médical sarl, ARK Corporat Group, Archivage Data Solution and Bonz Communications  for opening their doors and sharing their experience, as well as to the participants of the Brazzaville cohort for their commitment, curiosity and energy.
