In 2024, according to the report presented on the sidelines of the 27th edition of the World Economic Forum on Africa, 450 million jobs will be needed to meet the demand of the African labor market over the next twenty years. However, at the current rate, Africa could only create 100 million jobs over this period. These figures, although alarming, are not inevitable; emerging economies have demonstrated their relative dynamism.
These societies are undergoing profound economic and societal changes. With a growth rate of around 5% compared to 3.5% according to the IMF global average, Africa is on the move to meet the major challenges of the 21st century.
In addition to business creation, it will be necessary to increase the number of training providers in good entrepreneurial practices to ensure the sustainability of the service offering. This will guarantee better structuring, sound management, and adaptation of the offer to market realities and expectations. To this end, BVR ASSO was launched on 11/25/2024 at La Maison de l’Afrique in Paris, France.
