Today, there was no traditional classroom session. Instead, we focused on strengthening our participants’ professional posture, their ability to introduce themselves, showcase their experience, and navigate demanding professional environments through an immersive experience in a high-level institutional setting. The objective was to familiarize them with the standards of the professional world while helping them expand their professional network.
This visit was a valuable opportunity for our participants. They had the chance to meet representatives from government ministries, technical partners, and various stakeholders from different sectors, while learning how to engage confidently in a high-level professional environment. Today, networking is an essential skill for accessing employment and professional opportunities.
