From Idea to Action: Learning How to Turn a Dream into a Project ✨✨✨
During this new session of the Skills-Transmission program, participants were invited to share their entrepreneurial dreams and transform them into a structured vision. Through practical examples—such as that of a future entrepreneur wishing to launch a tourism agency in the Democratic Republic of the Congo—the discussions highlighted the essential first steps required to bring a project to life: gaining knowledge, learning, acquiring experience, and progressively building a strong value proposition.
Beyond ideas, this session reminded participants that entrepreneurship always begins with a first action. Choosing a company name, writing down a vision, or defining a first milestone are already concrete steps that bring a dream to life. After all, a vision is simply a dream that becomes reality, one step at a time.
This approach reflects the philosophy of Bouger.Vivre.Réaliser Association: supporting project leaders as they move from intention to action, and helping entrepreneurs structure and grow their businesses by providing them with the tools they need to build strong, realistic projects that are adapted to their local environment.
