[PRESS] DAYS 8 & 9 | COHORT 3 – KINSHASA | JULY 6–17, 2026 ✨✨✨

The last two days of the training focused on:

  • The importance of professional image in the workplace.
  • A practical recruitment case study.

Participants took part in two days of interactive sessions and received practical advice on these topics:

“Your outward appearance and the way you dress reflect your future and the direction you choose in life. Recruiters pay attention to the cleanliness of your hair, the condition and maintenance of your clothing, the overall quality of your presentation, personal hygiene, and the consistency between who you claim to be and the image you project. All of these elements contribute to building a credible professional image.”

“Recruitment must remain consistent with economic realities. It is unrealistic to require twenty years of experience while offering compensation that does not match the level of expertise expected. A credible job description is one that strikes a balance between the required skills, the responsibilities assigned, and the conditions offered.”
