The training lasts 10 days over two weeks and is completely free of charge for the 20 selected participants. They benefit from:

- 3 practical case studies
- 4 awareness sessions on the use of digital technologies
- A training certificate
- Networking opportunities with various internal and external stakeholders involved in the program
- Access to opportunities for other programs
- Membership in an Alumni network spanning several French-speaking African countries… and much more.
The Skills-Transmission program is much more than a training program; it is an opportunity for participants to go further and a reflection of our President Dagraça MOBENGO’s commitment to sharing knowledge in order to create lasting impact.

On the final day of the program, the participants themselves coordinate and organize their celebration buffet. Through this activity, they learn to work as a team, delegate responsibilities, distribute tasks, manage a budget, comply with established guidelines, and develop effective time management skills. ✨✨💫
